📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee labor compliance and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, including grievance handling and conflict resolution.
• Conduct labor audits and risk assessments to identify potential issues.
• Provide legal advisory on labor matters and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance labor relations skills.
• Collaborate with HR and management to address labor issues and improve workplace conditions.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting on labor compliance and employee relations activities.
• Stay updated on labor law changes and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor relations, HR, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and related software.
• Certification in labor law or HR management is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
