You will work closely with our team of experts, utilizing tools like SPSS, NVivo, and Tableau to ensure our research is both comprehensive and actionable.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct primary and secondary research to gather market insights.
• Design and execute surveys and questionnaires.
• Analyze data using SPSS and other statistical tools.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research aligns with business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and research methodologies.
• Manage research projects from inception to completion.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on research findings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in market research, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficient in SPSS, NVivo, and other market research software.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
