In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee drinks, as well as providing excellent customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, so you must be able to work well under pressure and manage your time effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
• Ensure that all coffee equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, so you must be able to work well under pressure and manage your time effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee station and restrooms.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of coffee beans and equipment.
• Participate in regular training and development opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking coffee beans and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques, including espresso, drip, and specialty drinks.
• Familiarity with coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
