📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of field engineers responsible for the deployment and implementation of Databricks solutions in emerging enterprises and startups.,Develop and execute strategies to drive customer success and adoption of Databricks technologies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.,Provide technical leadership and guidance to field engineers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.,Collaborate with product and sales teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points.,Monitor and analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve our solutions and services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Databricks remains a leader in the field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in a leadership role within the technology industry.,Proven experience in leading and managing field engineering teams.,Strong understanding of data engineering, data science, and machine learning concepts.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Proven track record of driving customer success and adoption of technology solutions.,Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for customer visits and events.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
