Floor Manager (Retail Operations) - Bali, Indonesia

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Floor Manager to lead our dynamic retail team in Bali. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of 5-10 staff, and ensure that our stores in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung meet high standards of customer service and sales performance.

As a Floor Manager at Segi Fresh, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, managing inventory, and ensuring that all sales targets are met. You will work closely with the store manager to develop and implement operational strategies that drive sales and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 staff, providing training and support as needed.
• Ensure that all sales targets are met and that customer service standards are maintained.
• Manage inventory levels, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with the store manager to develop and implement operational strategies.
• Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or consumer products environment, with a focus on floor management or team leadership.
• Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales performance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Knowledge of retail software and systems, such as Oracle Retail or similar.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
