As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store's daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Ensure the store meets sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Manage and train a team of store staff to maintain high standards of service.
  • Monitor and report on store performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
  • Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the regional and corporate teams to drive store performance and growth.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to improve store efficiency and customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team effectively.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
