📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and contributing to organizational success.
