Lead and manage the finance operations team, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of financial processes.,Oversee the preparation and timely submission of financial reports and statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NUS's financial regulations and best practices.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.,Ensure the proper management of the university's budget, including the allocation and tracking of funds.,Oversee the implementation of financial systems and technologies, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in finance operations, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.,Proven experience in managing and leading finance teams.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in financial software and technologies, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Familiarity with higher education financial operations and practices is a plus.
