📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes provided.,Ensure food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and utensils.,Follow all health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.,Assist the head chef in planning and organizing the daily menu.,Manage a team of commis chefs and ensure they meet the required standards.,Ensure all food is properly labeled and stored according to health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory management and ensure all ingredients are properly stocked and used.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine is a plus.,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.,Hold a valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
