Cloud Local Dinamis is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that align with our company's goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our employees grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that are engaging, effective, and aligned with company goals.,Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually, ensuring high-quality instruction and engagement.,Evaluate training needs and design customized training solutions to address specific employee or departmental needs.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure they are able to apply and integrate new skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are relevant and effective in supporting business objectives.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development, and incorporate this knowledge into training programs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
