📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.,Ensure high-quality food service by maintaining strict standards for food safety and hygiene.,Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they meet quality and service standards.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal use of resources.,Develop and implement cost-effective and efficient food service strategies.,Maintain the restaurant's reputation for excellence by ensuring consistent high-quality food service.,Participate in the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent knowledge of culinary arts and food safety regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
