📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of all machinery, equipment, and systems.
• Manage a team of skilled technicians and ensure they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company's facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt normal operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure that the company's maintenance practices are always at the forefront.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and software, such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Certification in maintenance management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is a plus.
