📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery.,Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management systems.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the supply chain team.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve supply chain issues.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the supply chain industry.,Strong knowledge of supply chain software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving supply chain efficiency and reducing costs.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
