📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the stores, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage a team of store managers and staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to drive growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing retail operations.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.
