📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of sales consultants to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and develop sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive sales approach.,Participate in sales promotions and special events to boost sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
