📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes to ensure that products meet the highest standards.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Inspect and test products to identify any defects or issues.,Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.,Train and mentor junior quality control staff.,Collaborate with other departments to improve product quality and reduce defects.,Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.,Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Experience with quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.
