📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Developing and maintaining a strong network of healthcare professionals and institutions.,Promoting and selling medical products through various channels, including face-to-face meetings, seminars, and digital platforms.,Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Attending trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products.,Providing training and support to junior medical representatives to ensure consistent performance.,Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies.,Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in healthcare or business.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
