📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain positive industrial relations within the organization.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disputes.,Develop and implement policies and procedures related to industrial relations.,Conduct training and workshops on labor laws and workplace ethics.,Monitor and report on labor-related issues and trends.,Work closely with management to address and resolve workplace conflicts.,Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Labor Studies, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial relations or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to travel within the assigned area as needed.
