📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance.,Create user guides, manuals, and other reference materials to support our users.,Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional and educational materials.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.,Contribute to the continuous improvement of our documentation processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
