Sumber Wati Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical store, ensuring that all products are available, accurate, and up-to-date. You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and overall store performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the medical store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.,Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or medical supply environment.,Strong knowledge of medical products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using computer software for inventory management and sales tracking.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.
