📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee quality assurance across two production divisions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Implement and maintain a robust quality management system using tools like ISO 9001 and Six Sigma.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues.
• Work closely with production managers, engineers, and suppliers to resolve quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and train quality control personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure that quality standards are integrated into all aspects of the business.
• Ensure that all products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in Quality Control, with a proven track record of success.
• Certifications in ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or other relevant quality management standards.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Proficient in using quality control software such as SAP QM, Minitab, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
