📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the wood manufacturing plant, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of production and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Optimize production processes, equipment, and resources to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and inspections to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement production schedules and work orders, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the wood manufacturing industry.
• A degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a similar quality management system.
• Proficient in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of wood manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
