📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring they align with clients' objectives and vision.
• Work closely with designers, vendors, and clients to bring their vision to life.
• Use industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Eventbrite, and Canva to plan and manage events.
• Develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote events and attract attendees.
• Manage event budgets and ensure that all events are executed within budget and on time.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees throughout the event lifecycle.
• Analyze event data and provide insights and recommendations for future events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of successfully planning and executing events.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, Eventbrite, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of event management best practices and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
