📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize daily operations of Shopee and TikTok Shop stores to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, restocking, and product availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Implement and monitor marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an E-Commerce Operations Supervisor or similar role, preferably in the Shopee and TikTok Shop ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Shopee and TikTok Shop, and their respective tools and software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Certification in E-Commerce Management or a similar field is a plus.
