In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Source and screen potential candidates for various roles within the organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team in managing the recruitment process.,Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
