📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support,Monitor performance and implement improvement strategies,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Maintain accurate records and reports,Participate in training and development programs for employees,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new hires

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or similar role,Proven track record of managing a team effectively,Strong leadership and communication skills,Good understanding of operational processes and procedures,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with HR policies and practices,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
