📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of production activities.,Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Support the production team in achieving daily and monthly production targets.,Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of production equipment.,Assist in the preparation of production reports and documentation.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Provide assistance in training and development of junior staff.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or related role.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and independently.,Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.,Knowledge of relevant software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
