📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Assist in training and developing junior staff to improve overall store performance.,Monitor store performance metrics and report any issues to the Store Manager.,Assist in merchandising activities, including display setup and promotions.,Handle cash handling and financial transactions accurately and securely.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or a similar field.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
