Accounts Payable Officer (Contract) - Bali Based

In this role, you'll be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records using our in-house accounting software, SAP. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and pay invoices on time and accurately using SAP
- Reconcile accounts payable records to ensure accuracy
- Maintain and update vendor master data in SAP
- Monitor accounts payable aging and follow up on overdue payments
- Prepare and analyze monthly accounts payable reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in the preparation of monthly closing processes
- Provide ad-hoc financial support to the finance team as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance roles
- Strong knowledge of SAP accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with healthcare industry is a plus
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
