📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage payroll and ensure timely processing of employee payments,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial filings,Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Provide financial support to other departments as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
