Moon Urban Sejahtera is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Maros. This is an immediate opportunity to take charge of our warehouse operations and ensure smooth and efficient supply chain management.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse safety. You will work closely with our sales and procurement teams to ensure that our products are available when and where our customers need them.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse safety.
  • Ensure that all warehouse processes are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that we always have the right products in stock.
  • Work closely with our sales and procurement teams to ensure that our products are available when and where our customers need them.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure that they are performing their jobs effectively.
  • Ensure that all warehouse equipment is in good working order and that maintenance is performed as needed.
  • Investigate and resolve any warehouse-related issues or concerns.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Valid driver's license.
