📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to potential and existing customers,Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers,Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions,Follow up with leads to ensure timely responses and closed deals,Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or telesales,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must
