📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Create user guides, manuals, and other educational materials to support customers and internal teams.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.,Mentor and support junior technical writers in the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proficiency in technical writing tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices is a plus.
