📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local labor market and industry trends to identify talent pools.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Stay updated on recruitment best practices and industry standards to continuously improve recruitment efforts.,Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding programs for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
