As a Lead Production Staff, you will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading a team of production staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Lead and mentor a team of production staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.,Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals.,Develop and implement production schedules and targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in production or a related field.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with dental equipment and materials is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.,Experience in the dental industry is a plus.
