📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting food safety and quality tests in accordance with industry standards.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment.,Preparing and analyzing samples for microbiological, chemical, and physical tests.,Recording and reporting test results accurately.,Collaborating with the production team to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.,Ensuring a clean and organized laboratory workspace.,Assisting in the training of new laboratory staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a food laboratory.,Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in test results.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Valid food handler's certificate.
