📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth running of all activities.,Manage and supervise branch staff, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of branch activities and transactions.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
