As an HVAC Drafter & Estimator, you'll be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and precise cost estimates for chiller and AC systems. You'll work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure that every project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Develop accurate cost estimates for chiller and AC systems
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Review and approve construction drawings and documents
- Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies and industry standards
- Provide technical support to the project team
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes
- Participate in on-site inspections and quality control processes
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC drafting and estimating
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software
- Familiarity with HVAC design software such as REVIT, AutoCAD MEP, or similar
- Knowledge of chiller and AC system components and their applications
- Understanding of cost estimation techniques and project management
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ, BICSI, or similar) is a plus
