Warung Oka Restaurant is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback,Assist in the development of HR strategies and programs,Support the HR team in various administrative tasks

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
