📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate operational processes to identify areas for improvement.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and objectives.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Manage and maintain operational documentation and records.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for operational staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or operational environment.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with ERP systems or operational software is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
