You will also be involved in the entire design process, from concept development to final production, and will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and design a variety of apparel and accessories that align with our brand's vision and values.
• Create detailed design sketches, patterns, and technical drawings using industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or CAD software.
• Collaborate with pattern makers and manufacturers to ensure accurate production of designs.
• Conduct trend research and stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and consumer preferences.
• Work with our team of designers to create cohesive collections that reflect our brand's identity.
• Manage and maintain design files and archives, ensuring that all designs are properly documented and stored.
• Participate in fashion shows, presentations, and other events to showcase our designs to potential customers and partners.
• Provide input and feedback on new product ideas and developments to drive innovation and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in apparel design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficient in using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or CAD software.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, sewing techniques, and fabric selection.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative and innovative thinker, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
